Don't know about their priorities but I've been waiting for my upgrade for
quite some time. OTH they had troubles with the initial release and had to
halt shipping for a couple of weeks. About e-mail contact: After my upgrade order send in via the e-mail address they quoted in order maker I received almost immediate confirmation (firstly of arrival of the message and after that the reference number for the order, all within a day). When
I got impatient I send another message to the address mentioned in the confirmation message: no reply after that I sent another message to sh...@micromat.com with the order info and I got a quick response with a URL to download TTP2. I would like to have the full package as soon as possible but can't complain about the service. Now about the original poster: did he download the demo of TTP? The one I got is perfectly functional.

No, stupid as I am, I just bought the french edition of TTP2.
The french editor has an on-line ordering system. So I got the full program, and a registration code.

It's the first order, the one made directly with Micromat that i'm
    having problem with.
    Right, I paid twice.

I'll try to mail sh...@micromat.com as you did.
I need to set the record straight. Just a few hours after posting my
feelings about Micromat not shipping TTP2 to me I received it. This
amazing coincidence is still hard to believe.
I know that Micromat is a small outfit but thay need to learn that
answering email is a small price to pay to keep customer loyalty. If they intend to produce such an important product they had better be prepared
for the attention it will get.
They could learn a valuable lesson from one of my favorite companies, Ambrosia. Ambrosia is small but extremely responsive and caring about
    their customers.
But, in the end, I finally got my order! Micromat came through.

I talked to Jeff Baudin in 2005. A very nice guy and willing to help.
