I never played this in commercial release. Explored it for a bit when
    the free servers leaked.

Amazing how overwhelmingly faggy and tranny the playerbase is. Doesn't
help that the mods go out of their way to reinforce and protect them. I
think there's something about superhero fiction that lends itself to dysfunctional deviants - "the world hates me BUT I'M SECRETLY
    WONDERFUL", yeah, no you're not.

I don't know if it's the absence of Trump-irritation to drive them into
a frenzy or if the lunacy is genuinely declining but when I poked around
a bit recently it seemed a lot saner. Back in Trumptime I'd be adding somebody to ignore from genchat every five minutes or so, and if I was grouping there'd always be somebody in the group I had /playernote'd as
a one-star, or that I had to do so during the course of the group run.
Now, not so much - a half-dozen total over the course of a week. And
all the lunatics I had ignored or one-starred back when - seems they
aren't logging on these days - I don't see them hanging around any of
the hubs. Maybe they went off to attention-whore elsewhere.

I suppose it's too much to ask for that they're all killing themselves.

Anyway: the game itself is not too bad. Too much "Hitler bad!" and no "Soviets bad!", of course (and too many soviet-themed player "heroes"),
but the gameplay is decent and playing it makes it clear just how much
WOW and SWTOR ripped off from this game. Not entirely to their benefit.
The whole "groups of three dudes standing around waiting to get beat
on" seems to originate here. I miss MUDs where the NPC AI was actually existent.

I definitely recommend grabbing a copy from the Ourodev site and setting
up a personal private server if you want to avoid the tranny lunatics.
