• Hackers Do What Ninten-don't

Nintendo has been very reluctant to port any of its games to any
platform outside of the ones they directly create, and understandable
so; it's the one thing that gives their consoles any real value over
its competitors. So it's not surprising that Mario, Samus, the
Splatoon Squids or any of its biggest properties aren't on PC. At
    least, not legally.

But just because Nintendo has no interest in ports, doesn't mean there
aren't fans in the background working hard at it. Case in point, a
port of "Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" running on native PC code
(e.g., not through an emulator).* This 2006 CRPG was originally
released for Gamecube, but native code means better performance and
the opportunity to add new features (such as wide-screen support)

Now, myself I have little interest in the game. The Zelda series
--with its silent protagonist, SimBabble-speech for its NPC and
general aesthetics and mechanics-- has never really appealed to me...
but I've never given it that much of an opportunity to win me over
either... largely because its always been a console-bound series and
demanded I use a gamepad to play it. But PC ports would help alleviate
some of these problems, so I'm all for these translations.

I'm sure Nintendo is already on the warpath though. They're a
particularly litigious company when it comes to protecting their
intellectual properties. It seems doubtful that Nintendo actually has
a case against these modders, who apparently aren't using/distributing
any Nintendo-copyrighted code or data... but that won't stop them from
making expensive-to-defend-against legal threats. So if you are
interested in this port, grab it sooner rather than later, because
    it's likely to disappear fast.

Only bill wilson would be interested in that. The rest of the users here
are not in the unwashed masses like him. I can see bill wilson setting
up his modem to dl this because he is just a prole. Zelda was
crack/opium for the unwashed. Real gamers aren't interested in Zelda.
bill wilson on the other hand...

Pharaoh was so pleased with Hadad that he gave him a
sister of his own wife, Queen Tahpenes, in marriage.
The sister of Tahpenes bore him a son named Genubath,
whom Tahpenes brought up in the royal palace. There
Genubath lived with Pharaoh’s own children.
