* Havendock
https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/havendock-64983e
Another in a line of 'cozy' builder games (think Stardew
Valley genre), except with more Indie-ness. Talk of a lack
of polish and grindy mechanics make me not want to play
this, although it being part of the whole 'cozy' genre
pretty much made that obvious from the start.
I considered looking it but then saw the URL. I don't do Epic.
How about we start with a joke this time.
A pony walks into a bar and whispers his order. Bartender asks, “Why
are you whispering?” Pony replies, “I’m a little horse.”

* Hyper Echelon

A top-down shooter/shmup with retro graphics. Like there
aren't enough of those already. This one doesn't seem to
be doing anything special. I'll just stick with Tyrian 2000.
joke:
A cat walks into a bar and hops up on the counter. The bartender
laughs and says, “Let me guess, you want a Moscow mew? Or a vodcat
martini? Maybe a purry furry daiquiri?”
The cat scowls. “Look, man, I’ve been working all day, and I’m tired.
I need a drink, not a silly pun. Now shut up and give me a whisker
sour."
Thanks, I'll be here all week; don't forget to tip your waitress.

Me neither, not on a bet.

Geez, tough crowd. Epic has been trying to buy your loyalty for six
years with free games and this is the result? What do they have to do:
/NOT/ be litigious douche bags foisting sub-par products on the
market? You're asking too much! ;-)

I'll take this one. Not sure it has anything going for it, at least
with old ones there's nostalgia to keep me going a few minutes.
