No issues getting it here.

It was simply being offline in Steam. We had an internet outage a couple
days ago and it was still set.

As for the game: it's a party game for 10 to 16 players. Where am I
gonna find 9 other people to play this with? Even for GOOD games, I
struggle to get more than two of my friends to get together to play
online (what can I say, we're all old and, really, I'm the only one
big into PC games anyway). I'll admit, the mini-games themselves don't
look too bad (in a low-effort, cheesy sort of way) but just the fact
it's made for so many players means I know it'll NEVER get used. And
even if I could get that many people together, we'd just want to play
something better anyway.

How does it compare to Bitburner? I enjoyed that game and finished it
several times. Some of the other hacker games were less approachable.

The game looks good so far. Sometimes you play a spy sabotaging your
team which is pretty darn cool.
