I have W11 in a virtual machine. I use it very little, but I do not find
it a nightmare. What was a nightmare was migrating from W10 the virtual machine first, then upgrading the system itself.

Windows 11 is a lot worse. It is not relevant whether it is a Home or
Pro version. Inconsistent interface and very heavy on the hardware.
There are a lot of reasons why the change to 11 from 10 is not working.
