Observing the ongoing discussion about "Lev"
is pretty entertaining. It's like, people are
bored out of their skulls with humans arranging
words, but code that generates arrangements of
words from previous arrangements of words
comes along and, oooh la la!
And then the initial exciting fascination
branches out into varieties of takes, like:
- This is amazing, and I *must* write about
how amazed I am, because what will others
do without knowing how amazed I am?
- I'm still bored, and I *must* write about
how bored I still am, because what will
others do without knowing how bored I
still am?
- This is an evil that *must* be stopped!!!
But I guess the important thing is that it
fuels the endless murmuring that distracts
those without a life from remembering
they're without a life.
