    Memristors are currently perhaps the best way to
    do NN-like computing. However they are 'noisy'
    and don't 'train' very well. This new approach
    adds IQ to the process, working WITH chaos
    instead of trying to prevent it.

    A six orders power saving is just insane.

    I have posted recently on newer/better devices to
    use for building NNs - but they're not on the
    market yet, might not be for years.
