    I haven't read this 'froup since the morning of the 4th.

    Now it's full of stuff that might or might not be interesting.

    Allow me to add to that: Linux 7-rc7 is out. (I'm soaking
    in it.)

    Also, the standard release NVIDIA driver has a higher
    version number than the beta, so I guess 595 is
    the new hotness.

    It's not so much, for me, because it's just another release candidate;
    they come so often it's hard to keep up.

    "Linux 7 is out" WILL be big news.

    I think your "kernel rc is out." posts should highlight several new
    features or functionalities you find most interesting. Give us
    something to chew on!

    I had already reported that 595.45 has FINALLY eliminated
    the CONFIG_MMU_NOTIFIER requirement.

    I have been demanding this for over a year.

    They finally have obeyed my orders.

    The drivers now are fully open source for cards above
    Turing.
