"Windows updates in 2026 are bricking PCs, destroying gaming performance,
and Microsoft just got caught giving the FBI encryption keys to users'
hard drives. Meanwhile, 90% of Windows games now run on Linux, and distros like Bazzite are easier to use than Windows 11. In this video, I break
down why Windows update quality has completely collapsed, how Microsoft
turned your OS into a surveillance platform, and whether Linux gaming is actually ready for primetime. If you've ever had a Windows update ruin
your day, this one's for you."

Microslop seems hellbent on destroying Windows with the AI crap, ads,
spyware and pushing out lousy updates. You would think someone at Microslop would figure this out and change course. A lot of big corporations have died through arrogance. It looks like Microslop is lining up to be the next.

Funny enough, Linux is going to be doing me a favour in the coming days. I bought a 2013 MacBook for $30, and it's clearly not too useful anymore. Honestly, I had no idea what I would do with it, so I figured I'd just
give it to the kid to play with. He's not too interested in it though, but
he isn't interested in electronics in general. Today, I realized that I
could put Linux on there and make it a movie-viewing laptop for students
who finished their work in class. It could even be a writing station for students who want to print, but I wouldn't want to waste toner on them
(since the school wouldn't reimburse me). Watching TV shows and movies
would be a great reward for kids to actually complete their work on time, especially with my very lazy, very unmotivated, difficult groups.

Old Macs with Intel silicon shouldn't be a problem.

It's been getting better but Asahi on Apple silicon has its problems.
