My first thought with this survey <

was: people are using Go for AI work??
But really, if they want to gain a foothold, then they need the
equivalent of what Python has long had: that wonderful “ctypes” module
that allows the creation of language-native-looking wrappers for
libraries that were never written with your particular language in
mind.
