    Have you ever started it?
    Can you move those folders and rerun torbrowser_launcher?
    Maybe there was an update that has been interrupted.

    ok, but the problem is that now it does not open the urls from the
    command line (the page remains blank)

    $ torbrowser-launcher http://example.com

    This doesn't work for me too when TBB is already running, it complains
    that TBB is already running.

    It also doesn't work if it isn't started, it doesn't open the URL.

    Please file a bug.
