After glancing at the first few paragraphs of this site I can only say
that George seems to have very little understanding of how to brew
quality beer and anyone trying to brew beer following his shallow
instructions will very likely be disappointed and possibly be turned
away from a very rewarding hobby forever.

    Indeed!
"As for the precise practice of how to make beer at home, just blend
malt extract with sugar using sufficient hot water. Then, add yeast
while mixing the other ingredients. You may want to get a room with a
16-20 degrees Celsius temperature. Also bear in mind using hydrometer
to check if it is ready to be stored. Wait for around 10 days and
you’ll have your own homemade beer!"
Come on George! This is complete and total bullshit! Probably want
to add something about boiling the Malt extract and water for about an
    hour. LOSE THE SUGAR!!!!
If you don't let this cool you will kill your yeast....Your site is a
complete waste of time and serves as just another source of
    disinformation regarding beer making.

I agree, I have brewed several batches wheat and honey lagers and it
takes more effort than what is posted. The biggest ingredient is
patience, this will produce better beers. Using malt extract and sugar
is like making bathtub gin, if you're lucky. It's a brown stain on the
    white sheet of brewing.

Not terrible, but needs a proof read bad.
