Hi all! Just thought I would let everyone know that I am still alive and kicking. However, it almost seems as if no one is carrying the echo any more these days. :(

Are you familiar with Joe Martin's WC! tosser for fidonet? Wildmail or Viamail I forget which. Thought I might upgrade my dial-up WC! to FIDONet access :)

I carry the conference but had removed bbs access to it.

Mr. Wolfie.. It's my opinion asking you for help just never works out. Maybe that's why your echo has little traffic? Wins has a few bugs and Wins sysops could use a good support base.

Lee Green and myself are having problems with new user registrations on the
web side. Filling out the questionair and clicking submit there is no response from Wins. Waiting on an email reply from Hector.

Joe Martin authored both ViaMail (FTN Mailer/tosser) for Wildcat4 and Searchlight 4/5 and WildMail (Net/Echomail message processor)for Wildcat. There

were also a number of FTN related utilities. The ViaSoft webpage is still up.

I ran ViaMail for a time when I also ran Wildcat. Then moved up to WC5. I stayed with WC5 till shortly after Santronics took over.

Well, contact Joe if you need a WC Tosser, he's actively developing something (according to Allen Prunty) for WC4 or 5 or both {shrug} He sent me the latest ViaSoft package for WC4 awhile back, but I haven't played with it yet :)
