    I rate it 9.6/10 .

Moffat know how to twist a plot.

Opening souls trapped in cyberspace but for what reason?

Enter the Doctor in 1207 cumbria.

The Bells of Saint John? The telephone in his Police Box.

How did she get that number?

All right, the plot is to capture Clara Oswald's soul in the
Cloud. But who is controlling the Cloud?

The Doctor does rescue Clara the first time.

All right cause a plane to crash instead of using a riot? Hmm!!

Plane is restore and the wi-fi is still worldwide.

Motorcycle and dopplegangers. Who said Moffat was not a
    genius.

    Doppleganger to close down Cloud.

Finally the client, namely the Great Intelligence is revealed.

The 4th Attempt to take over and is foiled.

And yet again he uses a child to carry out his work.

All right Clara what do you have in store for us?

    Doppleganger to close down Cloud.

FWIW: that wasn't a "doppleganger"... it was the second "spoonhead" (aka walking wifi server) to upload clara... the first one was the child on the
steps made in the image the image of the girl on the book cover they took from her memory... that first spoonhead's copy failed whereas the second
one successfully completed its upload of clara to the net... doc
reprogramed it... it was wearing the helmut so you couldn't see the spoon shaped back of its head until it was too late...

It could be called a "doppleganger", since the "spoonhead" was a double of the Doctor, under his control after he hacked it.

i guess but it already looked like the doctor when clara encountered it when the doctor was inside getting the cakes and coffees... it fooled her long enough to copy her before she could react and get away... the doctor discovered it still standing outside when he went back out to clara and she was comatose again...

BTW: it was the control tech in the control building that called them "spoonheads" at the beginning of the episode... the CEO (or whatever position of high authority she had) corrected him and told him they called them "servers"... their "spoonhead" name became apparent when one saw the back of their head :)
