    unfortunately CP.EXE is crashing somewhere. that isn't a standard part
    of OS/2. without talking to the ArcoOS people (or whoever provided the
    C library and that copy of cp.exe) there's not much you or anyone who
    wasn't involved in porting that can do..

    is there a reason you're not using OS/2's native copy or xcopy? or the
    WPS?

    I just wanted to try CP out. I did get the files using WPS so all is well and my lesson has been learned. :)
