MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Veggie Burger
Categories: Burgers, Vegetarian
Yield: 4 Servings

1 c Cooked brown rice
1 c Dried mushrooms; soaked in:
1/4 c Water; warm
1/2 c Onion; chopped
1/4 c Bread crumbs; +2 tb
1/4 c Sunflower or sesame seeds
2 Eggs; beaten; or substitute
2 ts Sesame oil
1 cl Garlic; minced
1 1/4 ts Soy sauce
3/4 ts Ground coriander
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper

Pre-heat broiler.

In medium bowl combine all ingredients. Shape mixture into 4 equal
patties and broil about 5 minutes on each side, until browned.
