    Here's a recipe that might come in handy during your New Year's Eve Party. Thanks to Cori B for sending this in!

    Easy Spinach Dip

    10 oz box of frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1 cup mayo (not miracle whip)
    1 cup sour cream
    1 small shallot put through a garlic press salt and pepper to taste
    Loaf of unsliced Pumpernickel (or French) bread, cut into 1 inch cubes

    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate several hours or best overnight. Serve with breadcubes for dipping. Sometimes rather than cutting up the whole loaf, I hollow out the center to fit the serving bowl, and insert it into the hollowed-out loaf.
