it does not handle telnet at all, ask the developper to make a android app such

as bterm or even run term 4.8 in an omega 500 adf image, untested :)

here i can load adf image files just fine and play old amiga games with samsung

s3 (microsd card at 64GB can hold alot of adf files)

but android still miss ansi terminals natively

for fidonet things search play.google.com for fidonet then you find what is done now

you must be using WINUAE emulator it is good and Amigaforever is good to
you can telnet out with them and web browse i have those to on my XP computer. But i allso have a BIG colloection of real vintage computers and i use the lantronix device and a nullmodem cable and software on the xp to allow the
old computers to dial out good fun.

I must fire up an Amiga emulator and have another play one of these days. I
had a lot of original hardware, but I was storing it at my parents place for years. When I went to dig it out, most of the disks had gone mouldy, and the rest of the kit I had no space to store myself, so had to throw it all out.

Not just Amigas, but C64's and Acorn Archimedes' as well. :(

I saved my Amiga 3000 motherboard which was in its own box, but I opened it
up recently and the battery had leaked and ruined the board. :(

Some software survived (mostly the originals because I packed them better) so
I still have assemblers, games, AMOS, etc. Just can't do much with them at
    the moment...

Sounds like all those computers died thats no good i treat my old computers like if thay are made of gold keep them in good running order and have plenty of spear parts. I just brought one rca to vga adapter so i can plug my old computer tv output to my LCD monitor and in HD all for $48.00 dollers it will be good all round.

I wish I did, but I was using my parents house as storage. Now I have my own house, I might try and build the collection up again.

That's a great idea. I had kept a few old 1084/1084S monitors and they had a pretty good lifespan each, but eventually they died. They still seem to be available on TradeMe for $50 (or they were when I last checked), but the shipping is what will be the killer.

I might go hunt out an RCA/VGA adaptor. There are a few game consoles that might get some use out of that..

Do you keep all your kit running, or just a select few?

I find TVs too big for a computer screen. I haven't seen any monitors with
RCA inputs, but haven't looked at any for a while. Last I saw they were all going DVI with some including HDMI.

But an adapter is cheaper than a new monitor/TV. :)

in general, /0 addresses are administrative only... mail and file distribution are processed and transmitted by a different address than the /0... this allows
