NODELOCK v1.0:  A pair of utilities that
allow a PCBoard v14.5 system that is set up
on a network to "float" between node numbers
without requiring the use of the /FLOAT
switch.  Can be useful if the network cannot
guarantee an unused subdirectory for the
user.  Automatically resets locks on nodes
that are hung after a specified period of
time.
