Customer Support—SystemView Agent for OS/2

SystemView Agent (the Agent) version 1.4.3 executes in the OS/2 (3.0 or later) environment and implements the DMI 1.1 standard. The toolkit allows you to easily define and display the MIFs that you develop to instrument your components to the DMI Service Layer.

Follow these steps to get your copy today.

  1. Read the License Agreement or download a copy

  2. Download a copy of the README file

  3. Download a copy of the LOADDSKF.EXE installation diskette creation utility (13Kb)

  4. Download the diskette images (3.9Mb) or the CD image (3.6Mb)

    If you select the diskette images, you will receive one file which should be expanded with PKZIP to build three disk image files. The disk image files should be expanded with the LOADDSKF utility then installed per the README file.

  5. After installing the agent, and shutting down the system, read the IX76573.TXT file, and follow the instructions to apply IX76573.ZIP to bring the SystemView Agent for OS/2 to the latest level.
