Brief Documentation for Surfboard for OS/2

What is it for?

You can use Surfboard for OS/2 to

  • keep text fragments for writing e-mails
  • grab text that you find while surfing
  • keep a task list
  • keep a search list when you're surfing
  • grab URLs and FTP strings while surfing
  • store code excerpts when programming

Surfboard is programmed in Watcom VR-Rexx. You need VROBJ.DLL.

Features

Drag and drop many kinds of text files into Surfboard: .TXT, .HTML, .CMD, .PAS, .C, .CPP

Right-click the text boxes for options.

Click the yellow buttons to the left of the text boxes to append text from the clipboard to the corresponding text box.

The yellow buttons turn blue when their corresponding text boxes contain text.

Click the buttons to the right of the text boxes to expand or collapse the corresponding text box.

Right-click the blue window for options.
