The role of text in digital society is being occluded by the Net and the Web. Lo-Rez magazine is dedicated to what is left of text-based anythings, and more specifically, the various scenes that still boldly go; the Music scene, the Demo scene, the Art scene, the Coding scene, the Warez scene, the Hacking scene, the Zine scene, and the Phreaking scene. Obviously, with the current borders imposed between the scenes, this magazine doesn't have the strongest connections to each of those scenes, but we do have a good base in the Art scene, and contact in the Music and Zine scenes. Our only hope is to grow and prosper into a true multi-scene entity, and to carry the scenes through to the future.
Please, if you read something interesting, send some feedback, or a letter to the editor. A magazine's strength can only be defined by its readership.
