    Hello,

I'm thinking of upgrading 13" 2020 Intel MBP's old unsupported Big Sur v11.7.10 later this month during the long weekend? Is it stable enough
now or should I go to last year's Ventura instead for stabilities and
    less issues?

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)

It's fine. I just upgraded over the weekend and it was seamless.

You'll find a few changes from Big Sur - main one being System Preference -
    but nothing scary.
