Are there any known drawbacks to setting up a PC with a local account?
If I purchase Microsoft Office 2024, will it install without any
    problems?

A handful of trivial (for me) features rely on it, such as Phone Link

    Yep.

    Yep.

I can't speak for Windows 11 but Windows 10 works just fine with Android
and w/o an MSA where on Windows 10, without the MSA, the only thing I can
think of is some apps are "only" on the Microsoft Store - but I can't think
of any that matter where I must have thousands installed in Windows.

A whole video just for *ONE* single command during setup?

    1) When the Windows setup wants connects to a network, open a console
    with the F10 key

    2) Type: start ms-cxh:localonly

That's all. You don't need a 4 minute video for this.

Using the Microsoft Store is quite limited.

    Yes.

I've only installed free apps from the microsoft store, which doesn't
need a microsoft account, but I think even if you logon to the PC with a
local account, you can logon to the store with a separate MS account?

    I don't know, I never tried this.

No, not at all. I have a local account on all PC's.

    Indeed, no problems.
