    Hello Drew.

04 Jul 17 09:54, you wrote to al eddy:

Like the Phage aliens (the ones who had a plague (called the Phage)
who abducted other species and basically stole their organs to replace whatever organ they had that was failing at the time).

The first time, they steal a Neelix's lungs... ok... but they get them back and she warns them that they'll face the most dire of
    consequences.

So they meet again. This time they split Tores into her human and
klingon halves... murder a few crewmen... cause some serious mayhem. Janeway gets what's left of her people back... and instead of
destroying the complex (which she could easily do) they kinda just
    sneak off into the night.

    Dire consequences?

At the end of the day, Janeway had to cope with the fact that the nearest Starbase was 70k light-years away. She had a limited supply of quantum torpedoes, lots of enemies around, no place to refuel, a holographic Doctor.
Even if she really wanted to press dire consequences into some specific

race she wouldn't last for long.

    Flavio
