Thank you (and everyone else here) for keeping the pulse beating.

It's nice to see you and Dale back!

These days, I'm running Slackware Linux and using MBSE BBS (I hack at it with Andrew Leary).

I'm also the moderator of BBS_CARNIVAL and am inviting you to that echo. Anything involving BBSing is on-topic in there. Yes, there's still traffic.

There's still a few BBS/FEM developers around here:

    Andrew Leary/me: MBSE BBS
    Rob Swindell: Synchronet BBS
    James Coyle/g00r00: Mystic BBS
    Nick Andre: D'Bridge

There are, I'm sure, others that I'm not aware of or are not coming to mind right now, but the old dog's still alive. :)

    Later,
    Sean

This reminds me ... I get the feeling that many of the EchoMail conferences today are more "forgiving" as to the topics. I see quite a few "anything goes" type posts in many different conferences, which sort of makes me wonder how many of them I have to subscribe to in order to "get it all" :)

There's a few I can tell you NOT to get, heh. BBS_CARNIVAL is a catch-all for any BBS-related subject that's not already covered by its own echo. But I specifically welcome all BBS-related software authors to use the echo for support if they choose not to have their own echo.
