You can still add telnet to PCBoard today. With OS/2 (or
eComStation) and Windows. You just need the right tools to get the
    job done.

Please talk! We are all ears.

I use GameSrv and NetFoss here :) My IP for the PCBoard setup is in
the origin line to this message if anyone wants to check it out.

Yeah, 1.60D was the last release of that before SIO2k. For some
reason I could never get 1.60d to work under eCS, but am able to
get SIO2k working under eCS without any issues.

i never had a problem using 1.60... 2k, on the other hand, presented
some weirdness that i was never able to figure out...

Yeah, not sure why I had an issue with 1.60D on eCS, but 2k did the
job for me -- once I finally configured out how to set it up correctly. :)

FWIW: do you realize how old most of these messages are that you are responding to? ;)

while i remember writing that message, i don't see it linked to your reply... likely because there's no REPLY line... but it was over a year ago when it was written... if over three then it doesn't even exist in my bases any more...

Oops! Sorry. I have a tendency to do that from time to time.
