    Hello All!

    (I almost missed this one)

If Stan Lee revolutionized the comic book world in the 1960s, which he did, he left as big a stamp - maybe bigger - on the even wider pop culture landscape of
    today.

Think of "Spider-Man," the blockbuster movie franchise and Broadway spectacle. Think of "Iron Man," another Hollywood gold-mine series personified by its star, Robert Downey Jr. Think of "Black Panther," the box-office superhero smash that shattered big screen racial barriers in the process.

And that is to say nothing of the Hulk, the X-Men, Thor and other film and television juggernauts that have stirred the popular imagination and made many people very rich.

If all that entertainment product can be traced to one person, it would be Stan
Lee, who died in Los Angeles on Monday at 95. From a cluttered office on Madison Avenue in Manhattan in the 1960s, he helped conjure a lineup of pulp-fiction heroes that has come to define much of popular culture in the early 21st century.

He sure did, he gave movie producers, and writers something to make movies about instead of the same ole storylines with different actors.

    He wil be missed! :(

I saw him a couple of years ago in an episode of "The Big Bang Theory" and even
though he was in his 90s, I was surprised at his ability to get around.

    He wil be missed! :(

    Yep!

    Yep!

Right! He's in like ALL the Marvel movies, you forget he was in his 90's! I'm curious about the direction of any new movies. I wonder how much actual input or actual writing he did for any of the latest movies...

All future MCU movies need to have a portrate of Stan somewhere in there, so that he can continue getting his cameo's in the movies even from beyond the grave.

How will he collect the royalties?

I'm sure he'll appear on the top-right fold of a newspaper read in a subway. --- SBBSecho 3.03-Win32

I tjomg what I'll remember most about him was he always had a smile on his
face and was jovial and laughing. I don't think I ever saw him frown. He
was one of the greats in comic book and movie legends. There should be a
[;ace fpr him in the Hall Of Fame.
