  • Glasnost Server - Anyone Running one?

    Hello everybody!

    Since the MPI-SWS site decided to shuthdown their Glasnost server, http://broadband.mpi-sws.org/transparency/glasnost.php

    The source is still out there... Curious if any one is running one on their own

    server? VPS? 14.04?

    If you setup one I would be interested to know.. Thanks...

    Running internally would not do the tests to see if an ISP is messing with say SSH connections or others.

    It has to run on an EXTERNAL host... to be accurate for the tests... unless you
    wanted to setup a lab with some of the various hardware to test if you are mucking up things for users. :) ;)

    This offers some setup for 12.04, as a test... If I can find time, I might put a test VM up to see if it installs runs on 14.04, and then move it to a VPS in my DC..
