There is no level 4 support in JamNNTPd. No one has bothered to fix
that. But it really doesn't matter, everything works ok even with that "UTF-8 2" kludge.

In our locale, Oli is a natural contraction for Oliver. It seems to be possible elsewhere as well.

Tommi is a common finish name. I guess it's already the long form of its given name. (Olli is also a common given name in Finland – in Germany it's mostly used as the short form of Oliver).

After all those years, since that EXTRA "4" was suggested, there's still not a single editor known to man (or at least me) that actually uses it, or breaks by improper use of it. Has one such editor eventually surfaced?
