Indeed, Kyivstar introduced IPv6 mobile internet, with severe bugs
though, they use DS-lite

Yes, because they assign IPv4 over NAT (with 192.0.0.4 local IP and 46.x.x.x external IP), so IPv4-only networks are accessible this way.
MvdV> Kyivstar deploys both mobile and fixed networks do they?
and their DNS servers often resolve IPv4-only DNS into NAT64
(64:ff9b::) addresses...
MvdV> Which would be the usual way for IPv6 on;y mobile networks.
Using other DNS servers works, though.
MvdV> Maybe they still need to iron out the theething problems.
Well, if they are actually providing IPv4 in form of DS-lite, they should resolve IPv4 hosts into their native IPv4.
