I seem to be having trouble connecting with a couple of other networks I joined
is why I ask. As far as I can tell, I set everything up right.

    Back to analysis then.

I know that it will accept usenet and FIDO, but what about other
fidonet type networks? I'm trying withtwo others but get failure
    messages when polling.

what software is the hub using??
I ran into a problem with hotdoged and Synchronet (binkit) as a host, fidonet worked just fine, but fsxnet did not, and since I was the hub, I changed to mystic.

I'm using HotDogEd with 3 different bossnodes, all zone 2, but I dont see any reason why it should not work. Maybe a password/aka problem... Difficult to say
    without seeing any logs.

Would you like to have a zone 2 point? ;)

I used to use it for NNTP, but don't anymore. I should set up points off my system for other networks I carry so I can read them on my phone as well.
