    FTSC INFORMATION =================================================================

2017 standing member election preliminary results.

Voting for FTSC membership has come to an end. The results are
preliminary as there is a one week period for reporting inconsis-
tencies and filing complaints. If no vote is contested the results
will become final on Sunday 3 December 2017, 20:00 UTC.

Nineteen RCs from three zones have voted.

    RJ Clay RC11
    Nick Andre RC12
    Michael Luko RC13
    Jeff Smith RC14
    Terry Barlow RC15
    Andrew Leary RC16
    Bob Seaborn RC17
    mark lewis rc18
    Bjorn Felten RC20
    Torsten Bamberg RC24
    Vince Coen RC25
    Michiel van der Vlist RC28
    Tom de Puysseleyr RC29
    Ruedi Kneubuehler RC30
    Helmut Renner RC31
    Viktor Cizek RC42
    Yury Rochupkin RC46
    Alex Barinov RC50
    Paul Quinn RC54

There were nine candidates and the votes are as follows:

    ----------------------------------------------
    | Name | Node nr | Yes| No |
    |----------------------|-------------|----|----|
    | | | | |
    | Torsten Bamberg | 2:240/5832 | 18 | |
    | RJ Clay | 1:120/544 | 9 | 4 |
    | Sean Dennis | 1:18/200 | 14 | 4 |
    | Bjorn Felten | 2:203/2 | 13 | 4 |
    | Dallas Hinton | 1:153/715 | 14 | 1 |
    | Mark Hofmann | 1:261/1304 | 13 | 2 |
    | Markus Reschke | 2:240/1661 | 18 | |
    | Alexey Vissarionov | 2:5020/545 | 15 | 2 |
    | Michiel van der Vlist| 2:280/5555 | 15 | 2 |
    ----------------------------------------------

All candidates collected more "yes" than "no" votes and therefore
all will be accepted into the FTSC unless something drastic happens
during the next week which allows opportunity to contest the votes.
Since the period for contesting the votes ends on Sunday 3 December
2017, 20:00 UTC, if no vote is contested, the new members will be in-
stalled on Monday 4 December 2017.

    Remarks:

    f Has a ::f1d0:<zone>:<net>:<node> style host address
IO Incoming only (Node can not make outgoing IPv6 calls)
OO Outgoing only (Node can not accept incoming IPv6 calls)
INO4 No IPv4 (Node can not accept incoming IPv4 calls)
PO4 Prefers Out on 4 (Node can make outgoing IPv6 calls,
but is configured to try IPv4 first)
6DWN The IPv6 connectivity of this node is temporarely down.
DOWN This node is temporarely down for both IPv4 and IPv6
PM Prospective Member. The node has demonstrated IPv6
capability but is not yet listed in the Fidonet nodelist.

    Notes:

To make an IPv6 connection to a node connected via 6to4 tunneling
one may have to force the mailer into IPv6 (-6 option in binkd's
node config). If the destination address is a 6to4 tunnel address
(2002::/16) many OSs default to IPv4 if an IPv4 address is present.
