    I've often wondered why it is that whenever we see a picture of Earth from space, it almost always shows Africa.

    ... I DID read the manual! That's why I'm confused!!

    That's good of you to say so. More often it's a piccie of North & South Americas.

    But, yes, that's the reason I downloaded a copy. For once, their sequence of continental images included a near cloud-free happy snap of Australia. It was beautiful.
