Well that was goofy. As with last time I think there was an interesting kernel in there (Marge and Smithers), and a little along the lines of DABF05, but it was wasted in ridiculous gags. Burns and the trap door (2 words) was interesting. Lisa and the bus a little interesting too.
This is also, I believe, the first episode whose title was also an Itchy & Scratchy episode (in 2F01, Itchy & Scratchy Land).
