Ummm, OK? I haven't seen Boyhood. I imagine if I had it would have been more interesting and maybe actually funny; as it was, I could only try to imagine, and it was just kind of high-concept, not particularly clever, and pointless. I
appreciate (and have no idea if this is related to the movie) the Bart/Lisa rivalry story, but even BABF13 had a more engaging version of that. I'm not sure, either, why the various time jumps aren't clearly marked, especially since the first one is.
On the other hand, the couch gag was cute, inasmuch as it appears to be inspired by Linklater's Waking Life and A Scanner Darkly and their rotoscoped styles.
    DYN:
...the episode is a rare TV-14 (I am supposing for the handful of weed references)?
...Lisa is responsible for the boat painting this time?
...Homer and Abe have very unusual half-bald looks now?
    ...the pennants are back?
...Martin seems to be the only child whose voice changed in any significant way?
...Bart spells it "Grampa" (not, the way we usually see and hear it, Grandpa)? Previous episode stuff
2F21: Seasoning food with pepper spray
    Whatever...

We now know the source of the picture of the sailboat that is on the wall behind the couch.
We also know when the ear of corn curtains were installed in the kitchen. Maggie and the kid with one eyebrow are an item.
