    I suppose any discussion could be allowed here, since our federal government shat on the 10th amendment a long time ago.

    I'm guessing that this is nowadays a test echo for broken systems since it's the first on the backbone list. Seems we get more of those than actual on-topic
    discussion. Eh well. Hopefully the OP realizes it and fixes it. :)
