DeuceSSH: consolidate public API, reduce exported symbols from 70 to 58
New: transport_handshake() replaces the 4-call sequence of
version_exchange + kexinit + kex + newkeys.
Made PRIVATE (internal only):
- transport_init, transport_cleanup
- transport_version_exchange, transport_kexinit, transport_kex,
transport_newkeys
- transport_send_packet, transport_recv_packet
- transport_send_unimplemented, transport_find_key_algo
- transport_rekey, transport_rekey_needed
Made static (file-local):
- auth_request_service — now called automatically by
auth_get_methods via ensure_auth_service()
Updated client.c and server.c to use transport_handshake() and
removed explicit auth_request_service calls.
