Hi. I just updated GitHub with a version of binkd without ixemul, a single-process version with non-blocking sockets and no threads. So
far, it's quite stable. The networking code has been tested for months
in another project, as well as other functions, with the advantage
of being even faster.

If anyone decides to set the logging to level5... they'll regret it.

I may have forgotten to include some things.

I've removed some options because they don't work on amiga. But most
are present and tested. There will be some bugs, but I haven't found
any yet.

And the utilities, from something simple... I've made them overly
complicated. The srifreq server and tic are examples, the others are
simpler.

Also, some very simple things in the .lst file.

Waiting for the pull request to be accepted to see if it will ever be
added to the main pgul branch.

There are also some bug fixes for the other versions, but I've only
been able to test them on linux and bsd.

If anyone has a modern compiler, like vbcc, to test a version in 3.1
and is willing to share it, I would appreciate it.

I've uploaded a version, but it's for amigaos 3.2.

If anyone tries it and finds any other bugs, please comment here.
